What's This About?

Chris has alpha-gal syndrome — a tick-bite-triggered allergy that causes reactions to mammal meat and dairy. That means no beef, pork, lamb, butter, cheese, milk, or cream. On top of that, colon issues make high-fiber and raw vegetables hard to digest.

This site is a curated collection of meals, snacks, and treats that are actually safe and actually tasty. It's here so Chris (and anyone cooking for him) never has to wonder "wait, can he eat that?"
